Milho Rei - Early 2027
Our first whisky went into barrel in December 2023, and will be released after just over 3 years . This was made with heirloom red corn grown by a small producer and friend near Felgueiras.
Single Grain Releases
A range of whiskies each made 100% from a single grain variety. Intended to highlight the pure characteristics of that cereal.

Multi - Cereal Solera 666
A completely unique mash bill with 6 Portuguese cereals, aged in a 6 level solera, and a limited-edition release every 6 months.
